not sure if you can get one from MS or Logitech inside 500 bucks. they usually cost around 700 rupees. check Microsoft Desktop 500 kit.
Logitech MK 200 combo is a good deal. It should cost around 600 bucks.

I got a IBALL multimedia kit for rs 500.. Its working pretty fine from the last 3 months... i suggest you go for that
Go for ms or logitech combo don't buy iball or frontech product.
