Guys please help me.....I want to buy a MP3 player for less than 3.5k (can extend the budget to 5K if it really does amake difference).Audio Quality is my concern............
I have shortlisted these 3(Do suggest any other player if its better in terms of audio quality)..............................
1. Apple iPod shuffle.
2. Cowon iAudio E2.
3. Creative Zen style M300.
I am willing to replace the stock headphones for a better one.

looks good deal to me...

In this budget Cowon E2 is best Or else take risk with................
Grabmore.in : Online Shopping of Electronics in India, Buy SanDisk SDMX22-004G-A57K Sansa Clip Zip 4 GB (Black) with cheapest price.

For around 5k

IMO there are no better option other than these in budget category may be some Audio Gurus can throw some light.

@OP: Dont buy iPod Shuffle , I have "two" and its not worth the money. also look into D2 as suggested by sandynator.
