Can i upgrade my AMD with Msi Rs480 motherboard

hey guys, i have AMD 3200+ (939 socket) + msi rs480 motherboard (ati chipset) ..... will current AMD dual core processors work with this motherboard :confused:

I think No, as current X2 comes with Socket AM2, so procy wont fit in...
