I want to know does the motherboard number MSI RS482m4 ILD have any bluetooth capability or not?

NO. I think it does not.
But you can get bluetooth dongle for Rs. ~250 and USD 2.0 for Rs. ~600

nope it doesnt has a bluetooth capability
