I already have 18" LCD Monitor, 500W ups, keyboard, mouse, and speaker system..Only a CPU unit

A: Watching Movies, Music and browsing [like to have HD support for future..]
... No gaming..
Would download a lot, preferring a USB3.0 Motherboard only.

3. What is your MAX budget?
A:15K

4. Planning to overclock?
A:No

5. Which OS are you planning to use?
A:Windows 7 ultimate

6. How much hard drive space is needed?
A:320Gb or 500 Gb

I think you're trying to say 500W SPMS or PSU, not UPS.

Gigabyte GA880-GM USB3 @ 4.8K (AM3+ Socket)
Corsair 1333 MHz 4GB X 1 DDR3 @ 1.25K
Seagate 500 GB SATA @ 3.5K
NZXT Gamma Cabinet @ 2.2K

Intel config:

Core i3 2100 @ 5.6K
Intel DH67BL-B3 @ 5.4K
Rest are same.

Total is around 16K.

Benq G2220 HD @7K is a good choice under 10K

or, Benq G2222HDL @9K

What kind of connectivity available with a Full HD monitor?

If we can directly connect a blueray or HD flash player to the monitor?
