In 5k if you want a normal bar phone(no touchscreen) then Samsung Primo 5610 is the best option.

Thanks aroraanant,
However, it seems like Primo is discontinued. It is either sold out or discontinued from most of the reliable sites.

That leaves you with very little options!
Those RED things are inappropriate for sub 5k phones!

Reviews are speaking high of A52 and its got a good rating too!
Reviews: Micromax Aisha A52 Review: Mobiles | Flipkart.com

For 7K, you can opt for Micromax's A73 and A78.
Micromax A73 Mobile Phone vs Micromax A78 Mobile Phone: Compare Mobiles: Flipkart.com

But feature & usage wise, A73 wins!

But, if you want to well-deserved brand, my suggestions are
- Samsung Galaxy Pocket
- LG Optimus Me
- Samsung Galaxy Y (+90 to your budget)
- Samsung Wave Y (+140/- to your budget)
