Hi guys, after much of a waiting due to the holidays and bandhs in Assam, got my Nexus 4 16GB yesterday. Its my first android so still learning about all the features of android.

Also got Skinomi screen protector + Nillkin white case.

Thanks bro, I bought it sealed pack from Amazon for $500 including the screen protector, case. I got it via PPOBox and had to pay 1959rs for the custom charges, shipping, etc.

Shipping from your PPOBox US address to your local Indian address will take abt 7 business days. If you use PPOBox you will get it in sealed condition, otherwise if you use other forwarding services, custom officers will open the seal for inspection

I'm more of a mid-budget android guy so never bothered to inquire about prices of Nexus or One S..

If you use PPOBox, they will send you the customs duty+ their shipping and handling charges invoice even before it reaches India, they will send you the item after you make the payment, customs will be 2% of the value, shipping will be $10 for the 1st lb and $8 or $6 for subsequent lbs.

You can get it from play store via PPOBox, just don't write 'PPOBox' No., directly write your unique no., you can also use Hopshopgo, shopandship, etc. I haven't used hopshopgo, but I did used SNS ealrier sometime and they were pretty good, but now their service has detoriated, so I will advice against it. Hopshopgo will save you the local US taxes as its located in Oregon, a tax free state, but except PPOBox the other couriers will open the seal for custom inspection, and someone got his device in switched ON condition lol.

The only drawback of PPOBox is that they will only insure your package for a value of $200 only, but they are pretty safe and very fast.

Actually Google and many online stores don't ship to PO BOX addresses, PO BOX is a box where the letters are dropped but they can't do this with expensive things so they require a delivery confirmation, they confuse PPOBox address with PO Box, so they don't ship to that address, and if you omit PPOBox and instead just write your unique PPOBox no., to identify your package, there won't be any problem.

Regarding ordering one from play store, you will have to use a USA proxy to access playstore and order from your credit card.

I am using the Rearth ringke hybrid fusion case with Skinomi full body protector kit, the case is really good. Earlier I also used the Nillkin white case for about 2 days, will be selling it pretty soon

I don't think its available in India, I got it imported from Amazon, BTW you can have a look at the cases available here- Google Nexus 4 Covers :: MobileFun India , and If you want a body protector kit, I have got a Skinomi full body protector kit for sale in bazaar section.
