Somebody stolen my gmail account, All chat history, contact list got deleted.

Can someone inform me regarding the recovery of the same..

JUST GO TO FORGET YOUR PASSWORD SECTION.

I don't think that they can be recovered if they were deleted more than 72 hrs. ago.
