Waiting for 7xxx. Looks like 7790 or 7850 may fit there. If there are none in that range then hoping that prices of HD6950 drops.

Wow nice rig,but how did win 7 finish in 11 mins :O ?

It finished bro, less than 11 mins
Must be due to a Quad Core to 3.5GHz, 4GB RAm & SSD. :p

yes.it even makes the start up and shutdown faster.application response time will be reduced.ssds are lot faster than your mechanical hdds.

My start-up time is around 22-23 seconds from moment i press power button and shutdown time is around 10 seconds. Yeah my rig now sails. Next target is to OC it to 3.8GHz from 3.5GHz. That will be done after 11th March. right now busy with Mah-MBA CET preps, gotta get 99%-ile

Considering their Top Notch Performance ..it's worth

^^Depends on your needs
I bought first 64GB (get 60GB for use) @ 4650 and performance boost is ooo la la.
I keep just OS and some apps in C drive. For games have separate HDD only.

How easily a 26 cm long card can be fit in this setup ? Currently my card is 23 cm long and SATA port/s is/are being affected by it. :-(

HD6950 did fit in my case.
But cabling of SATA ports is real pain now. I have 1 SSD, 2 HDD and a DVD-RW.

This is where the magic of L-shaped SATA cables shines. It saved my life with my graphics card! Got them for Rs. 40 a pair from a retailer here ;)

Also, some Asus mobos have side facing SATA ports which are also a very neat innovation
