My Norton has gone CRAZY!!!!!!!

I have been using Norton Systemworks 2002

Whenever I try to send mail from OE the Norton agent that pops up doesn't send my mail.

Also when I open Norton SystemWorks the Begin Scan button doesn't appear, instead a grey area appears at that place[/img]
