I'm in need of a AIO
I'l be using it mostly for printing black and white documents and occasional scanning and colour printing
I need less maintenance costs and LOW printing costs.....also easy and cheap refilling or cartridge replacements.....I'l b printing a LOT(Mostly black) documents(electronics related datasheets)

My budget is 4k to 5k and cant go beyond that
I would appreciate it if u guys gimme more than 1 option....

pls give ur suggestions guys

Ive always had a good experience with canon:
Canon Pixma - MP 287 Multifunction Inkjet Printer - Canon: Flipkart.com

The large cartridges work out OK value for money.

Do look at the HP system also: HP - 2515 Ink Advantage Multifunction Inkjet Printer - HP: Flipkart.com
On paper it looks better - but the reviews tell a totally different story. (cartridge reviews)

IMHO its better to buy a standalone scanner and a low end printer separately.
I have been using the Canon Lide - 110 for years without any issue. All along I have changed many a printer (All canon). Mainly because its makes more sense to buy a new printer than replace cartridges sometimes.

Even the lowest end printer today outputs awesome quality photos.

NB: For high print volumes I would suggest you get a laser. I use a samsung model. Just make sure the toner does not come with a "chip" in it so you can refill it.
