Hello guys, My budget is 5k and need a decent mobile with pretty good camera, 3G, wifi, touchscreen phone. only java and android platform mobiles are prefered

well you can't find Android with "pretty good camera" under 10k. If you are ok with java, check Samsung Primo.

^^ Micromax not recommended. Micromax products I've seen, do not have a good build quality. Though I haven't used them, but, their build quality is poor.

Samsung Primo. Android phone under 5k(If exists) is gonna be totally retarded.
