Need a dedicated downloading machine.

I need a PC for night downloading. The PC should as cheap and power efficient as possible.
Initially I was thinking of getting an atom based PC but I saw this item on net, can I install torrent client and browser on it? It has got WinCE 6.0 OS I've never heard about it.

There are so many NAS boxes- small/big- 2.5"/3.5" via USB which can be used as a downloading rig.

It's first time I'm hearing about NAS, can you guys tell me how does it work? Does it have an onboard processor and HDD? Do I hook it to a monitor? Does it support Reliance data card?

Get any atom based samsung netbook for Rs 12000. Install windows in it and start downloading...

12K is way up my budget. I can get a 2nd hand P4 instead, if there are no better options.

Will cost you around 15k

Good battery backup (8-10 hours).

OS is Windows Embedded CE 6.0 it's tailor made OS for tablets & low power devices..

I want something close to 6K. Device being mobile is not a priority.

Then get Samsung Galaxy Y . LOL .
