Budget is max can stretch till 10k, checked all media players in market like asus o, WD live, buffallo, compro, iomega, and normus, but none of them are not offeirng live video recording feature except normus , their advanced model capable of playing HD files and wireless HD streaming model is availiable but i dont know their dealers and shops in mumbai selling their products.
