Need a good Neckband below Rs.1500 with good mic for calls and recording

I want to buy a neckband below Rs.1500

My priority is mic quality. I need that for conference calls and recording voice like for tutorials etc.

Then for watching FHD movies. Also good playback hours.

And Is it possible to get water resistant ones in this budget ?

Note: I need neckbands only not earpods.
