1. Budget?-Below 10k
2. Display type and size?-3.2-3.5 would be enough
3. Form Factor? bar, slider, flip?Bar
4. Preferred choice of brand?Sony,Htc
5. Preferred input method (QWERTY, touchscreen, numpad, touch-n-type).Touchscreen
6. What camera option you want? Please specify need for flash, autofocus, front facing camera. No such preferences since camera is not a criteria for me.
7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).Android only
8. Preferred connectivity options (3G, Wifi etc)Please specify clearly.3G,Wifi
9. Preferred applications (Flash, Swype, GPS, etc)?Flash,GPS
10. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, mails, internet, gaming etc)?Internet mostly but gaming sometimes
11. Any specific mobile phones in consideration?Htc Explorer,Xperia E,Xperia Tipo
12. Any other info that you want to share:I'm even looking for a phone which can work for future generations,i.e after I root the mobile,It must have a array of ROMs available,as far as I'm concerned htc explorer has a wider range of ROMs available while Tipo has,but a few[I think, not sure] and E,since it is a new mobile,it might or might now have, suggestions?
And yes,I'm getting Xperia E for just Rs.8820,fair deal?
PS:Thanks to sam,for approving my account, and his suggestion was 'E'

Increase budget by 1-2k and find Xperia U/Sola
They are miles ahead of any branded under 10k phone

E is the obvious choice out of the three you mentioned. However, if no-warranty is not a issue AND you are willing to look into other brands, then try Pantech Burst
