Need a new Wifi Router !!! Urgent

Happy Diwali to you all

Currently we have a TP-Link 300Mbps Wireless N Router (TL-WR841N)it was bought from online.

Its been almost three years now and the wifi has lost its signal strength, now it disconnects it self and drops signal, regularly, so we wish to buy a new wifi router.

guys please suggest a good quality wifi router with new features more strong signal and good range, my budget is about 1000 to 2000

Will buy it online if good offers are there.

Netgear JNR3210 is an allround good router, but its a very old model..

Before going for a new one, upgrade the firmware to latest and see if it helps. And always ugrade firmware through wired connection.

How can I do that

Flash 841n with ddwrt if available.

You will be able to harness more power.
