Check the Lenovo G580 Lenovo G580 (59-324061) Laptop 3rd Gen Core i5/4GB/500GB/DOS: Flipkart.com: Compare, Review Lenovo Notebook

Core i5 3rd Gen + Intel HD 4000 should be good enough for Programming and normal running.

Cheap and best option for you is Samsung NP300E5X-A01IN, if you buy this you save a lot of your money.
If you wish to buy Sony only then the best option is Sony VAIO SVS13112EN but it overshoots your budget.
Apart from that you can have a look at Dell Inspiron 14R which will cost you around 42k but in that you will get original windows as well as USB 3.0 which is missing in the samsung laptop that is mentioned above

HP Pavilion G4-2036TU. 14" and 2.19Kg
Lenovo Thinkpad E420. 14" and 2.08Kg
