Need a phone within 6k

Friends i need a phone for phone for my girl within 6k it may be touchscreen or normal candybar phone.

Guys help me out :wink:

Get Samsung Galaxy Pocket for 6.4k or Samsung Galaxy Y for 6.7k.

check out NOKIA ASHA 302...retails for around 6.2 k...use ur bargaining skills to nab it for under 6k.... check out review on gsmarena for more info...

if you fill this up it would be much more easier to recommend.

If she wants a normal Bar phone then Samsung 5610 is the best option.And if she wants a good touchscreen phone then increase your budget and get Explorer for 8k

Nokia Asha 302 with qwerty is perfect
You can also look at galaxy pocket

Nokia asha 303 is 7765INR on flipkart. But screen is 2.6".otherwise good looking phone.

as far as my obsercation goes, girls dont prefer droids...
so asha 302 is perfext...
avoid asha 303 horrible fone with further horrible keypad...

@ssk_the_gr8 I have a s40 nokia phone (Supernova 7210) applications are very limited for example their is no office suit,no antivirus,more ever lot of games doesn't run well in S40 shows out of memory error while s60 has much better application support.this is the reason why i asked for s60 phone.
Thinking of buying samsung galaxy y.Do you have any suggestion for s60 phone if so kindly let me know.

and as far as games are concerned basic games work fine...

and i suggest u get a galaxy if u need office suite :lol:

and b4 buying use the handset to get a feel of it...

galaxy y's display looks bigger than Explorer as well as Mini. cause its not wide. long instead. so even if its 3", its quite usable in landscape mode too.

My younger brother is using galaxy y for such a low price i feel its a good phone.

@Minion as u hv shortlisted asha 302 and galaxy y just post a poll ... lets see which get gets more votes...

and include other phones too...
