Need a Shockproof and Waterproof Smart Phone

What kind of "shock" proofing you want btw ?

I know only one Waterproof Android phone: Xperia Z. But it costs 35k

Xperia Go is Xperia active's successor.. it is better than active in every possible way..
and besides Defy + is ancient with heavily dated hardware and non existent warranty

But many say that they have cracked their screens even though it's shock resistant.
Warranty does NOT APPLY If you break screen or water enters inside

I dont think it is shock resistant.. official site says it is only dust and water resistant
and btw No phone's warranty applies for breaking screen or water damage
