After some debate i have shortlisted these phones

Sony Tipo

Please suggest others as this will be my first phone and i know next to nothing about them

Requirements
Android 4 or higher
Decent Processor
Good Battery life

I am not sure Explorer comes with ICS. AFAIK it has V2.3 Gingerbread and it cannot be upgraded to 4.0 ICS..

Yup. It comes with v2.3...

Why do you need android ? lumia 520 is much better than any android in this range.

Can anyone comment on the camera quality of Pantech Busrt vs Huawei300? Also in some threads i have read people commenting on the call quality of the Burst not being upto the mark? ANy comments?
