Need an inverter

I need an inverter for running one light(28 W), one fan and my computer for one hour or so.

Budget: around 15K

I was thinking of APC 850VA full Sine inverters but have no idea of APC inverter service here in Kolkata.

Please help me out selecting one. Thanks in advance.
