Hi, I need a basic phone, probably Nokia/Microsoft for my Mom. Phone should be able to run WhatsApp and support 3G for web browsing. Though I'm looking for feature phone I also want to know your view on whether a Windows phone will be good for her considering the simple interface.
1. Budget? - 5k max. Lower the better though I don;t want to compromise on quality.
2. Display type and size? - touch screen and non touch screen - both are okay.
3. Dual sim? - not required but is a welcome feature.
4. Preferred choice of brand? - Nokia/Microsoft, Motorola.
5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)? Rear camera. Photo quality is not a big issue.
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc). - Windows Phone. Android is a bit complex for her.
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready). - 3G.
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)? - multimedia, WhatsApp, browsing internet.
