I need headset..

I think you are referring to a over-the-head Headset? All Headsets have mics.

The Soundmagic MP21 is a iem mobile headset and the best in your budget. I dont know much about the over-the-head kind, but you can look into Philips/Logitech/Creative brands. Never used or heard iDance.
