Hi,

My old motherboard is not working anymore and the tech I gave it to can't repair it so I need to buy a new one, however I cannot find the same motherboard which I previously had.

I am uploading pics of my old motherboard and processor. The third pic is of the new motherboard I am thinking of buying, below are some details I know about both the motherboards

Old Motherboard
Model - GA H61M-S
Socket - 1155

New Motherboard
Model - GA B75M-S
Socket - 1155

If GA B75M-S cannot substitute for my old motherboard can someone please suggest a different motherboard my budget is around Rs 5000.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for replying, but will I be able to use the processor I have in B75 please see second image for reference.

Also do I need to consider anything else before buying this motherboard?

Yes,your processor is 2nd gen core i which is socket 1155 & H61/B75 are socket 1155 mobos.

Just make sure to get some warranty on mobo.
