Need help for GTAIII

Hi,
I have just installed GTAIII (well i have finished GTA:Vice City) and have saved in the slots. But, whenever i try to load from it, the game quits. I have also tried to save the game in all the slots and tried to load from them. But, the problem persists. Please help me.

The game has a problem while loading. Install the 1.1 patch and your problem will be solved.

drvarun is right. download the patch here and all your problems will be solved.
