I want to build a desktop computer with monitor. I can spend around ~25k.
Can you people suggest any thing for this requirement?

Wat will be the system used for mainly?
My OS will be Windows 7 Ultiate.
I will be using for music, vmware(For installing Linux) and movies.
The config suggested by ishu is perfect and you will be saving enough for a ups too.

(For a little more, you can try and squeeze in a UPS or a 22" 1080p LCD monitor)
