Sennheiser HD202

or if you can get your hands on it, The Creative Fatal1ty Gaming Headset.

Both are <5k if i am not wrong.

Try this PLANTRONICS GAMECOM 777 SORROUNDSOUND GAMING HEADSET

Should be around 3.5K

I fear you won't get Creative Fatal1ty Headset under 5K.

You can also try Logitech Precision Gaming Headset @1.6K approx

Product summary for Logitech Precision Gaming Headset

The good: Inexpensive; in-line remote.
The bad: Nonadjustable neckband design isn't very comfortable.
The bottom line: The two-way Logitech Precision PC Gaming Headset delivers passable performance for a low price.

I would rather suggest you to either raise your budget a bit or wait till you can buy a better headset as there is no point in buying something which you don't like in the end.

The plantronics headset I suggested is a decent one at a good price.
Razer Megalodon is an excellent option but it costs a good amount too (8K).
Another good option at low price could be Razer Piranha @ 3 - 3.5K

201 is a decent headphone in its price bracket..still you can go for the Razer...if you're in urgency then you can go for 201..its better than the Logitech one i suggested...
You just walk to the nearest store and check out few of the available headsets there and see what suits you better...
but yes 201 is a better alternative..
