I have a doubt regarding RTI-2005 , right to information act. If we send an application for some information to any govt. office and they didn't respond. How can we give proof that we requested information.....?

You should get a Xerox copy of the application counter-signed by the person who receives the application. That's would have act as a proof.
Or else you can also ask for the action taken report (ATR) for your application. If the agencies reply to it, then that would also act as a proof of your application.
