I have a nVidia FX 5200 and I want to overclock it and flash it's bios and change voltage etc. What software(s) do I need?

You will find an overclocking software in the driver CD which will unlock an overclocking option in the Nvidia Control panel .From there you can overclock your card

yes..warranty gets void on overclocking a GPU or a processor
How about if the settings for the Fan are changed?
may be case modding helps for me to get the GPU temperature down
