you can buy HP pavilion 15 series laptops with 4'th gen corei5. There are two versions - 1 or 2 GB GPU. Both will cost under 50K. I think you can bargain with local dealers.

Read the sticky first before posting.

You can add OS later by youself
It has 4cell because the processor is of the low power series (U).
There is turbo, so you don't have to worry about low clock speed. During gaming, it will increase to a good margin.
It has 740M, mid-high end mobile gaming GPU, so there is the biggest advantage
See you listed these - browsing, video and audio streams gaming (not very hardcore) AND for these purposes, S510P is certainly better

740m is lower mid end.
AMD 8570 is low end.

then, what type of games can i play in amd 8570,and.. how much will it cost to install an os

HD 8570 : AMD Radeon HD 8570M - NotebookCheck.net Tech

GT 740M NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M - NotebookCheck.net Tech

As you can see most of games are unplayable on HD 8570 in even low settings GT740M is more wiser choice.

nvidia is always best. amd drivers are full of bugs.
