Need Motherboard & Processor

Till now I was using a Computer with Configuration
MSI 7211
Pentium D 2.8Ghz
2 x 1GB DDR1 RAM
AOC 18.5" Monitor that supports resolution of 1366 x 768
Keyboard & mouse etc etc

Now I believe that My MSI 7211 is no longer functional So I am searching for Some Good Motherboard and Processor + RAM Ofcourse as my Old RAM's wont work on new MoBos anymore. My Budgets is about 10K - 15K.

So Plzz suggest me some good configuration.

Computer is used for normal purposes like Using MS Office - Word Excel Powerpoint publisher, Internet Browsing, Very General Photo Editing (I use Paint.Net), Sending Fax etc etc. this PC will act as a server for 8 PC in My Office and all those PC prints through my Computer.

I need heavy Multitasking Capabilities as there is a lot of Work done simultaneously so I need good CPU and more RAM.

Do you mind not opening 2 Topics at same time for same thing?
