Need Portable Audio Player with good speakers

Hi,

I am looking for a good portable audio player for my Mother, for Diwali gift.

Min Req:
1)Good FM/MW receiver
2)Good Speakers, with clear sound(if 2.1 is possible it would be good)
3)one USB port, one CD/DVD player inbuilt, one 3.5mm out, and one Aux in
4)budget 2.5k

I was checking this Philips AZ380/94 Portable Music Player - Philips: Flipkart.com in flipkart, but dono about the sound quality.

So any other suggestions..?
