Need Proxi server

Hi

I need a proxi server or a site from which i can open access denied sites in the office.

In my office all mail sites and the naukri is blocked so that i can open these sites.

Thanks dd_wingrider, this really helped, but is there a proxy server or website which does not leave behind any signs in history or cookies.
