Need suggestion for a processor budget 10k

Hi, i need suggestion for replacing my old 'Pentium Dual Core E5200' processor with a suitable energy efficient processor that is supported by my motherboard,
specs are: Pentium Dual Core E5200 @ 2.5 GHz
Asus P5G41T-M LX with 775 LGA socket, 4GB DDR3 RAM
sparkle 8400gs GPU & i ball 400w PSU
Please also suggest a good gpu , my budget is around 10K

Get these as they are VFM by increasing your budget.

Intel Core i3 4130 -7500,
Gigabyte H81M-S1 -3500,
Antec VP450P -2600,
Sapphire R7 250 1GB -6700.
TOTAL -20,300.

@op, added to that ,get a psu too like antec vp450p. get a gpu later when you have enough money.

Sorry for the delayed response guys i was out for a week.
Now I'm not considering a major upgrade to my system.
So I'm only considering a processor upgrade (quad core maybe) only for buying a better GPU so that there aren't any bottle necks.
So thanks for the suggestion though.
