Need Suggestion-32" LED TV-30000-35000 range

Hi all,

I'm planning to buy 32 inch LED TV.

Price Range-30000-35000
Inbuilt Wifi,USB port
Sony,Philips,samsung preferable.
Going to buy from Chennai

I went through the forum and i came up with some common models that are recommended in this range.

Philips 32PFL7977,Samsung UA series.I want to make sure i dont buy a older model.Eventhough they have good specifications they are hard to find in stores.I'm not interested in purchasing online.

Thanks
