One of my friend wants to buy mobile
price range is upto 18k

only constrain is that it cant be Galaxy 3.

Galaxy 3 is a decent phone. But as your fiend is willing to spend 18k, suggest him to stretch a bit for C7. Thats the best bet

Right now nobody beats Samsung wave for 16-17k

Nokia C7 have arrived which is a lower version of N8..it is priced around 19k :smile:
