suggest me whole system up to 22k for only office use.
MB should have onboard graphics with USB 3.0 and SATA3 6Gb/s

Anyways
A good config would be:-

AMD Athlon II X3 440---------- Rs 4500
MSI 880gma e45-------- Rs 5000
2*2 GB DDR3 --------- Rs 2500
Seagate 500GB-------- Rs 1700
CM310 ------- Rs 1700
Acer G195HQ---------- Rs 6250
VIP 350W------ Rs 850

That totals to 22.5k. That's it!

The price of tri core amd is wrong. It costs Rs.3500
