I recently updated my iphone 3g with ios 4.2 and now it is working very slowly .....have any ideas about this......

Jailbreak you iphone and downgrade to previous iOS or get a new phone.

Jailbreaking doesn't mean downgrading iOS. Please do some basic research before posting.

hehe sorry,my bad.Just though that iOS jailbreaking is like rooting on android with help of CWM to flash roms and such. :razz:
