Need the best Nettop Config ?????

I want to build a nettop ...........
tell me the configuration for it
my budget is around 6-8k (excluding monitor and other accessories)
main purpose is 24x7 downloading and watch movies

Motherboard: Asus M2NMX SE 2.2k
Processor: Sempron LE1400 1.4k
Dynet 1 GB RAM 475
Seagate Sata 2 320 GB 2475
Samsung DVD RW 1200
Zebronics (With 400W SMPS) 1100
Total --8850

How is power consumption for this config ???????

can u point me any review of this config ???

Considering the sempron procy i think consumption would be quite low
dunno much abt other components

well considering it has no gpu power would be low

also this is what i suggest
no review for the config

very low certainly, and intel celeron and all will have even lower power consumtion.
