i will go for this config if no other gives me any better alternative

that config is great
if you can arrange few more, then go for AMD athlon x4 635/640 @ 4k/4.4k

and you can reduce your total pricing by:

-->Zebronics Bijli case @1k
-->going for 2gb ram this time ....and add 2gb stick later

But till you enquire ask your local dealer if he has or if he can arrange for these components.
If you are sure that these parts will be available, then that's not a problem.
