Need to buy a 4TB/3TB external hard disk....

I am running out of 1 TB external hard disk, and i am thinking of buying a 3TB/ 4TB external hard disk of 3.5 inch size. ( As i already have a 2.5" one and do not need another 2.5" drive). So my choices are the following

1.Seagate Backup Plus Desktop Drvie 4 TB Wired external_hard_drive - Seagate : Flipkart.com

2.WD My Book 4 TB External Hard Disk - WD : Flipkart.com

3.Seagate Backup Plus Desktop 4 TB External Hard Disk - Seagate : Flipkart.com

so guys which is better? are there any other good options?
