i am using bsnl 3g. my download speed is about 150 kBps while the surfing speed is very low. near about 10 to 15 kBps. how to increase the surfing speed?

How do you know surfing speed is 10-15 kbps ??? Maybe the sites you are visiting are not that small , now they have SWF Flash images integrated that are of huge size :(

@arijit_ad: use tools to monitor the download & upload speeds such as DU Meter or NetMeter
