Check with sony Xplod series.. new models even have a USB port for plugging in pendrives 
Sony makes the crappiest ICE.. Get one from Pioneer/Alpine.. You didnt post your budget, so cannot recommend a particular model.

I have sony xplod in my alto and its nice ..better go for KENWOOD
