Get Dell XPS 13 maybe.

Even if you hate Asus, this device is too good for its price:

It's a bit bigger & heavier than XPS 13 but costs $400 less. It was priced at $500 before it went out of stock. It has a free M.2 slot, so you can add a 250GB SSD for ~$85 & get a SSD+HDD combination which rarely any ultrabook offers.

Regarding warranty, Dell supports warranty transfers between countries, I shifted my laptop's warranty from India to US. ADP won't be transferred though.
