May be he needs a lighter laptop. Envy isn't really an ultrabook. Or is it?

Envy has Following problems

The Hinge Mechanism is bad and now after all HP service and Base replacement the screen wont turn off even on closing the lid nor the laptop goes to sleep.
Windows in general gives speaker problems like the speakers stops working after some time and some times on moving the laptop
the Windows audio service hangs
Windows in general isn't reliable after so much trouble with this laptop
and yes its a bit on the heavy size and having the screen resolution of 768 sucks
