hi,i have p4(2.4GHz) processor and DDR 266 memory.suggest a best motherboard which suits for that
just around
5000
but DDR 266 is not supported

tell us ur budget...

Go for Intel 915 series....they support DDR RAM.

The proccy is LGA775 one I hope and not socket478.
