1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Cities skylines modded, ( requires lots of ram, 16gb+ maybe 20/24 to )

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 80k without monitor, Something with the new ryzen series coming out this month

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: no

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: SSD 250/500, dont require hard drive

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: No monitor, got a benq hd 24 inch monitor

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: everything apart from monitor and keyboard mouse.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: This month as soon the new ryzen is released

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Assembler, ( pls suggest shop also who will assemble it, prime adbg dosent assemble )

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Mumbai / Laminton road.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Ssd and atleast 16gb ram is a must

Gpu prices are still very high, just 6 months back it was 19k, Question is can i run the computer without a graphic card till prices drop. or can i run it on a cheaper graphic card say buy the 1050ti now, will i get atleast half if i want resell it once the volta series is out?

if gaming is not a priority then skip the gpu for now-its not an appropriate time to splurge on a new gpu right now as most of the older cards that are currently available are grossly overpriced and they are likely to be rendered totally obsolete once newer graphics cards are launched later this year.

Should i get the 1050ti for time being and later upgrade new to volta series once, gaming is ofcourse a priority.

yeah you may do that-but as of now its really unclear as to which gpu lineup will succeed nvidia's pascal-volta is reportedly intended for scientific applications, its much too expensive to be used as a mainstream gaming gpu.But nvidia may launch some lower priced versions of the volta gpus with reduced functionality later this year or they may release an entirely new range of products altogether-some are predicting that it will most likely be nvidia's ampere or turing range of gpus.

if you are buying a 1050ti now,i would suggest that you get an used gpu and save some money at the same time-you can find some relatively new 1050s and 1050tis in the used peripherals market at really good prices these days.

OP will need a GPU to get a display output on this config.

@OP, unless you go for APU based system, you gotta buy a dedicated GPU with a ryzen CPU. otherwise you will not get any display output.

since you are planning on getting a new GPU later, my suggestion would be to get a used GPU for now until you purchase a new one.
you can try bazaar sections of different forums(like erodov, techenclave) including digit.
since you do not want to overclock, stock cooler will suffice.

If you are not going to overclock too much then no need to spend around 5k extra for x470 board.. A "good quality" b350 or b450 should be good enough..

And look for in warranty gpu , the linked post gpu was from some other country with no warranty here..

nope, unless you get a ryzen CPU with G suffix(r5 2400g and 2200g) which are inferior to 2600 anyday.

Change of plans, Ive decided to wait for relative who would be down on first week of june

Getting this, good deal? 1070ti 8gb for 34k
*www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077Z6LF...6-40ae-aac5-2cd3d48aeeac&pf_rd_i=desktop&th=1

Ill spend another 40-45k in june on new pc along with this.

If i got for b450 instead of x450, shall i get the 2700x with saved money? or buy more ram ?

or any one of these -
