a good set of headphones will be better

if you can afford Neo V, why bother about Live with walkman or Defy Plus.

I am a bit rough user
And I heard neo v is sensitive one

Rough in what sense? Surely you don't throw your phone anywhere?

Jokes apart, yea the SE Neo V is the phone to get for you

S

No but a bit rough user
it falls sometimes
and what about samsung galaxy W

It's a good Windows phone at this budget but has a few restrictions which might not please users like no Bluetooth file transfer and no memory card slot

I am also confused between SE Neo V and Defy+. And now I want to wait for SG Ace2

how about HTC one v or HTC incredible s or htc desire s

If you want good music then go for Sony otherwise HTC provides decent quality but not very good. For me its fine but some people find that its not as good as others
