New UPS and Hard Disk

Hi,
I'm planning to buy a new UPS and 2 TB internal hard drive.
Please suggest some models and I want the budget to be minimum.
Current PC config:
i3 540
intel DH55TC
1 TB HDD
corsair 450 vx
HD 6850

UPS: APC 600VA UPS (2200)
HDD: WD AV-GP 2TB (6100)

for UPS, stay away form the local iBall and numeric crap.

V-guard slender 600 with 2 years warranty-(1800)

Seagate Barracuda 2 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST2000DM001)-(5800)

the Hdd you suggested is available for ~5800 on snapdeal:

Shouldn't I be going for seagate one as its providing 3 yrs warranty.
